One of the rich traditions of Presbyterianism is its commitment to learning and a reasoned faith. To that end, all year long we offer educational opportunities for kids and adults. From our Rotational Model of Education for the youngest, to the conversation and issues driven classroom of the teens, all the way to the more challenging and probing Adult offerings, there's something for everyone.

Elementary Nurture and Education
This year we are pleased to announce the opening of our state of the art computer lab for all stages of Christian Education.
For our one room school model of k-5 education our volunteers will be utilizing an online curriculum of Christian education that involves "webquesting." This innovative teaching method taps into the child's natural curiosity and develops problem solving skills while simultaneously introducing the children to the foundational stories of Christian faith that shape a life time. His life serves as an example and encouragement to us all. Join author Todd Phillips in the heart of the nation’s capitol as he uses American history to illuminate the story of Joshua in a way never before experienced. You can check out clips from the videos here.

The 2nd is Choose
What’s the most spiritual thing you will do today?

Prayer? Reading the Bible? Serving? How we decide to express our faith is up to us. The power of choice is one of the most important elements of our spiritual journey.

Students are constantly faced with life-changing decisions in their relationships and faith. In this four-session video Bible study, Marcus Goodloe introduces Biblical principles to help students make wise choices amidst a chaotic culture.

This Winter and Spring Kimberley Peake (Master of Old Testament) will be leading a conversation about the missionary journeys of the Apostle Paul.

By re reading the stories of the Bible and delving in the theological and historical settings of the day and place, Kimberley will lead a conversation about Greece and Turkey in the time of Jesus and the Apostle Paul.

This is the perfect preparation for those who will be traveling with us to Greece in May. Of course, all are invited to attend.
